Host:  Meet our treasured guests via phone and face to face. Assist them in creating reservations, greeting and seating them, and thanking them as they bid us “Adieu!” Find answers for any questions about The Bridge and general questions regarding the town of Highlands. This position calls for poise and strength of character, the ability to manage telephone and in person communication, and a perpetual smile. Come laugh in the face of danger with us!
Bartender:  Be the face of our highly curated beverage program. Wines from around the world, crafted cocktails with house-made ingredients, an eclectic and ever-changing beer list… all these as well as serving our full lunch, brunch and dinner menus at a bar you’ll call “home.” This position does not require bar experience – Our time-tested team will provide training, support, and an enjoyable environment in which to gain or hone your skills.
Server:  The Bridge is elevated-yet-approachable cuisine and beverage, and requires personality and a willingness to work hard! This hard work pays off, provided you are open to learning, prepared to bring your best, and can do it all while smiling! Using state-of-the-art equipment in a new restaurant space, be prepared to come and make it your own as you provide guests the most heartfelt service and deliver the best in food and drink.
Kitchen AM:  The space is full of hungry guests, and we are every bit as busy for lunch amd brunch as we are for dinner. Currently, we have openings for both prep and line personnel. Work with our culinary team, explore new skills and techniques, and lend your creativity to the mix! This position calls for someone self-directed, yet prepared to accept direction. Come grow with us.
Kitchen PM:  As the lights dim and the volume rises, come and take the stage in our open kitchen. Every position on our line is of equal importance, and every individual needs to operate at their peak.
